WHAT DO YOU GUYS DO?

HOW DOES THE SERVICE WORK:

WHEN DO YOU DELIVER:

We currently deliver to a majority of the cities in Southern California and offer free shipping.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE

Each zip code has a different delivery day. We currently deliver Tuesday-Friday. Once you sign up you will see what your delivery day will be. Delivery days are not able to be changed. Your cut off to make any changes to your order is at 3:00am 3 days prior to your delivery day.

DO YOU SERVICE CORPORATE ACCOUNTS:

Yes, for large corporate accounts please email us, we are able to set up delivery for different days for large corporate orders, and offer bulk rates.

IS THE PRODUCE USDA CERTIFIED ORGANIC:

No, all produce is not USDA certified organic. We offer both Natural, and Organic boxes. Our organic boxes are farmed with organic practices, and natural boxes are farmed with natural practices. Many of our smaller farms do not have carry a USDA certification due to the cost associated with becoming USDA certified organic.

HOW IS MY ORDER DELIVERED:

Your items with come in a 100% biodegradable box! We also use reusable ice packs that you can keep for your home! We only ship via Fedex Ground Home Delivery. We, unfortunatley, are unable to ship to Post Office Box locations.

DO I HAVE TO BE HOME FOR MY DELIVERY?

No, you do not need to be home for delivery. We can not guarantee a delivery time to you as we work with PeriShip FedEx.

If a customer is not home we make every attempt to get the box inside your building to be left at your door, but this is up to the Fedex drivers judgement if the box is safe to be left at the location. There will be 3 total attempts for the box to be delivered.The customer would be charged a 100% restocking fee if they send the box back, or the delivery is not able to be delivered within the 3 day retry time frame.

WHAT IF THERE IS SOMETHING NOT RIGHT IN MY ORDER?

IS THERE A COMMITMENT:

No, there is never a commitment, membership fee or even a delivery fee! You can always manage your account for weekly, bi-weekly or monthly delivery! You must make any changes including skips, cancels, or subs by 3:00AM 3 days prior to your delivery day.
